Nicely remodeled with pretty fresh rooms. The outside area is nice. Beds and pillows were excellent. The room was clean and the internet worked well. The hotel is well located in town and the staff was friendly. Recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Inn at Mount Shasta. As some reviewers pointed out, it is a motel, but it has been renovated very recently. Our room on the second floor was quiet, spacious and very clean. Looking at what is available in town in terms of centrally located accommodations, I think that they are the best option. The ladies at the reception, both when we checked in and checked out were very efficient and pleasant.

Clean and updated room with comfortable beds. Traveled with my family. Usually have to get two rooms to accommodate my family. This place had one king bed and two queens. Large enough to accommodate my family from r under $200.

From the moment we arrived the front desk staff (I think Amy) was very friendly and helpful. I was given a tip on a place to go for a day out and we loved going there - it was the lower, middle and upper falls. We all enjoyed the hike and the cool dip in the water.

We only stayed one night and it worked for what we needed. Its apparent there have been recent renovations but it still feels a bit old and could use some more love. That said we would stay again. Easy walk to the main drag for dinner and coffee.

The note welcoming us and the call to check our approx. arrival time were a nice extra touch. The kids loved the bunk beds! They are full size and the main bed, a king, were both very comfortable.
